Thinking back over the month of April, I am…

most proud of:

fighting the familiar old fear monster who tries to make me stay in my “comfort zone”.

deeply grateful for:

new opportunities.

choosing to be at peace with:

family.

giving myself credit for:

more than what I do. I rarely give myself credit for anything, I think I often bash myself up over realising that other people are so much better than me, but completely ignoring my own strengths in the process.

delightfully surprised by:

just how quickly I can switch to a positive mood… if I let myself.

painting my nails as often as I can.

rebellion. Just kidding. I really mean trying new things and pushing myself out of this strange “comfort zone” I never knew I was in. It’s funny what life makes you realise, especially when it begins to force you.
