Monthly Review: April 2015
Thinking back over the month of April, I am…
most proud of:
fighting the familiar old fear monster who tries to make me stay in my “comfort zone”.
deeply grateful for:
new opportunities.
choosing to be at peace with:
family.
giving myself credit for:
more than what I do. I rarely give myself credit for anything, I think I often bash myself up over realising that other people are so much better than me, but completely ignoring my own strengths in the process.
delightfully surprised by:
just how quickly I can switch to a positive mood… if I let myself.
Looking ahead to May, I am…
super excited about:
HAMILTON ISLAND TRIP :D THANK U NICK I LOVE U
going to experiment with:
painting my nails as often as I can.
fully committed to:
rebellion. Just kidding. I really mean trying new things and pushing myself out of this strange “comfort zone” I never knew I was in. It’s funny what life makes you realise, especially when it begins to force you.
consciously prioritizing:
love.
planning to read:
all the web development-related articles open in my browser that I haven’t read yet. I know I said something similar last month, but these web development articles keep on coming!
obsessed with learning more about:
travelling.
keeping this quote in mind:
In light of recycling and being environmentally friendly: “Nature doesn’t need people. People need nature.” From NatureIsSpeaking.org, a website that has a campaign with that motto – it shows videos of famous actors as parts of nature, I would really recommend checking it out. :)
