At this time when my mental health is at a low, I wanted to write about how we can reduce the stigma around mental health and how we can explain it to people who may have misconceptions about it. Mindsets can change and people’s mental health can definitely improve.

Finally, a recap for June. It went by so quick. I was in Perth half the time but I achieved a lot! I’ve been upping my fitness game, mostly, but also helped start up a new meetup!
I’m flying home from Perth today. I had such a wonderful time here and it’s hard to imagine not coming back. This is just a little shout-out to a town that’s made me smile over the past year.

After visiting Perth for the first time last October and again in January, I’m here again. Nick had wanted to make use of a good deal/discount for the new Tribe Hotel and we decided to use it over a long weekend. But I didn’t want to go to Perth just for three days so I decided to extend my stay and work remotely from Perth again for a week or two (I chose two). We did spend the weekend together, which was really lovely ❤️
May was a very busy month for me and I had a lot of meetups, and a couple of achievements. I’m looking forward to a slightly more relaxed June.
