At this time when my mental health is at a low, I wanted to write about how we can reduce the stigma around mental health and how we can explain it to people who may have misconceptions about it. Mindsets can change and people’s mental health can definitely improve.

Nicole Dominguez is a user interface designer and front-end developer. I first knew about her around 2008 or 2009, and was impressed with her design and development skills. She spent some time being a digital nomad and getting involved in the web community, and her bright personality and great attitude are very inspiring. Did you miss me and my fashion photos? Last week Nick and I went to Melbourne and we visited a beautifully rainbow-painted wall next to a basketball court that we had seen over a year ago. I had originally wanted to shoot it for my outfit The Rainbow Connection but the weather let us down. So glad it was still there!
