When you type a full sentence in uppercase, let me ask: Do you hold down the “shift” key for the whole sentence, or do you turn on “Caps lock”? To be honest, I hold down the “shift” key. I suppose we all have our weird typing habits, and other habits that are actually really quite common. I have come across many on Tumblr (seeing as Tumblr is the land of spam, essentially), outlining common habits […]
Archives for Month: November 2010
Yesterday I went to the zoo with James. I don’t recall the last time I went before that. I must have been five years old or something because I do remember going there when I was in primary school. It was a long, long time ago. I got easily bored of the aquarium (another popular place here in Sydney) since I’ve been there many more times, so James and I decided to go to the […]
It’s my brother’s birthday today! Brandon turns 15. It’s rather late, so his birthday is nearly over. However, this morning, he was still awake at midnight so I made sure I gave him a tackle-hug! He had disappeared from MSN and told me that he didn’t want people to bombard him with happy birthday messages – especially people he ‘doesn’t know’ or ‘doesn’t remember’.
It happens all the time; I guess, even though I don’t […]
I used to have a blog named Consolation in a Jar, way back in 2006. It had a lot of deep entries, and the name was something that alluded to the depression I was experiencing at the time. And I’m sorry to say that this entry is going to be about my shitty day. It’s past midnight, and I was going to sleep early, but I’m in such a bad state that I have to […]
I used to play Quake. It was the best game ever. Please note that I do have a lot of games that I call the “best game ever”… It is so hard to decide when they have the same effect on me. The effect of blowing me over with more than amazing graphics, but a wild, out-there objective and… whatever it is that tickles my fancy. I’m easily amused, and easily entertained, I guess, which […]
Not too long ago Marina had a “Drop a Goodie” contest, which was sort of for fun. The goodie I had to give was a handwritten shoutout to Mei. Here it is (I tried to be as creative as possible; and hello Mei! /wave):
Anyway… I’ve been having a dumb week. Let’s see – a few days ago, probably Thursday (my brain’s too fried to think…), I was doing […]
I managed to sort out the money problem in my last blog post. At least, I had things cleared up, even though I haven’t gotten paid yet. 🙂 I just wanted to make sure I could get my message across.
Also, I haven’t been doing too well with my challenge; in three days I’ve only added an icon tutorial. I might add something before I go to bed.
I know this might sound weird to […]
SOOO. I didn’t get to add anything to the site. See, I want to get a new desktop computer. My current one, appropriately named The Machine, is a busted piece of ass. She’s got a huge CRT monitor. She got infected with 500 viruses a few years ago.
The reason for that was because I did not have an anti-virus program. My mum continually blames my dad about that.
When I use The Machine, […]
The funniest shit happened today. I was washing the dishes. I usually hate doing the chore, but in actuality I don’t mind standing there scrubbing and washing plates down. It feels quite relaxing and I usually empty my thoughts while I’m at it. I was washing a blender, thinking about how sincere it was for my ex-boyfriend Danny to apologise for what happened in the past. 🙂 Then all of a sudden, breaking my thoughts, […]
FRDGrdfglj. Recently (and I’m certainly not going to detail here) I had a health-related problem that had something to do with going to the toilet. I’m sort of okay from it now, but it was rather painful. I drank lots of water which really did help. Water is exceptionally good for you! 🙂
Right moving on… toilets. I honestly despise public toilets. They’re public, so I guess that gives them a credential of being disgusting […]
